Each Pizza Kit contains:
- 12 Pizza Dough Balls. Select from Classic Neapolitan, Easy Stretch Neapolitan, Sourdough, or Mixed (4 x Classic, 4 x Easy Stretch, 4 x Sourdough).
- 2 x 500ml bottles of Tenuta Marmorelle Italian Tomato Sauce
- 1 x 500g Fior di Latte Mozzarella Cubes
- 1 x 450g Pizza Preparation Dust
- 1 x 200g Pizza Peel Dust
Preparation
The dough balls are shipped frozen, and may have thawed slightly on arrival. They can be safely refrozen and stored for up to 3 months, or can be stored thawed in the fridge for up to 3 days*.
When it's time for pizza, for best results, remove frozen dough balls from the freezer the night before you plan to use them and allow to thaw overnight in their bags in the fridge. The following morning, remove each dough ball from the bag, re-ball and place into a Babadoh, cover with the lid to prevent the dough from drying out and allow to prove for at least 4 hours before opening out into a pizza base. For best results, leave for a maximum of 8 hours.
Lightly sprinkle some Pizza Preparation Dust on your work surface, drop out a proved dough ball and stretch out to a 12" pizza base. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and your favourite toppings.
Dust your peel with Pizza Peel Dust, and carefully transfer your pizza to the peel. Then get cooking.

Delivery
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Delivery is made by DPD from Great Balls of Flour. We are unable to deliver to mainland Europe, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands.
Pizza Kit orders are shipped according to the day an order is placed, generally shipped the next working day and delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday and Friday up to 11am will be delivered on Saturday. All other orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after this time will fall into the next shipping day. Refer to the delivery schedule for detailed information.
Once a Pizza Kit order is placed, it cannot be amended in the delivery schedule. Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
Pizza Kits are sent from a different location to our other products so will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Returns
As the pizza kits containe chilled perishable food items we cannot accept returns for any reason.

If your order has not reached you within 48 hours of a shipping notification, a refund may be offered. If something isn't quite right, please contact us.
